KWNG FM 105.9 is nestled in the bluffs of the Mississippi River just a very short distance from the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro market. In fact, our studios are a mere 12 miles from the edge of the metro survey area. With this proximity to the metro, we have the ability to broadcast our unique “Classic Hits” format to the population of the southeast metro, plus western Wisconsin, the Lake Pepin vacation area and of course our home town, Red Wing.

Our Format…… “Classic Hits” We play the music you never hear on any other station. The O’ Wow’s, I haven’t heard that one in a long time. Hit Songs of the late 60’s, 70’s & 80’s.
